The tubing is created through the helical coiling of a metal strip onto a spindle, with the coils interlinked by a unique strip profile. The primary material for the strip is stainless steel, though other metals are available upon request.

Our instrumentation tubing is widely used in diverse industries, including Process & Control Instrumentation, Measuring & Controlling Devices, Analytical Instruments, and Medical Instruments. Specific applications include temperature measurement, wiring conduit, armored cable, and protective casings.
Configurations:
Instrumentation tubing is available in two common configurations, SquareLok and InterLock, often abbreviated as TF-D and TF-S.

SquareLok Style (TF-D):
SquareLok tubing is manufactured from a continuous metal strip. The tubing is secured by locking one leg of the profile over the adjacent leg of the next profile, ensuring a durable and reliable connection.
